I saw this issue once before, in version 2.5 click2dial calls were
mistakenly identified as calls from faxserver and the accounting packets
had acc_state/call_type. Did you by chance use click2dial?
If not we need to look into the accounting packets in kamailio.acc table
that are causing this error.
