[Spce-user] Error rating CDR batch: No provider info for provider id 5 found

Hello,
I have some error in the database that makes rate-o-mat throw a fatal error.
The message of it is below, I just don't know what "provider" is it
complaining about as the words used in www_admin are quite different.

root at sip:~# rollback ineffective with AutoCommit enabled at
/usr/sbin/rate-o-mat line 90.
rollback ineffective with AutoCommit enabled at /usr/sbin/rate-o-mat
line 91.
Error rating CDR batch: No provider info for provider id 5 found
