Sure, there's get_subscriber_registered_devices() which returns - among
some other values - the "contact" as it is stored in the location table
by kamailio. You may have to strip off additional ";key=value" entries
if there are any with a regex like s/;.+$// or so. This can then be
passed to add_subscriber_registered_device() to create a permanent
entry. Though I just noticed the function is missing from the WSDL. An
update which fixes this will be published within the next days.
