Thanks Andreas,

Yes, you can control what destinations can use custormer's free time. 
But, what I want is not equal. I'd like to set 100 minutes free(or 100€ 
of free cash) for calls to france (for example), and 200 for calls to 
usa. And those time (or cash in its case) must be independient. Maybe 
the correct subjet would have been "Free time/cash by prefix".

I hope I have explained correctly.
