[Spce-user] Error when upgrading

No, the hostname has been changed since the install as part of an
administrative and security review.
Is there a way out of this?

What do you get when you run the following command?
# mysql -e 'select * from ngcp.db_schema where revision = 70'
If it produces some output, does the "node" column match the hostname of
your system?
