Hi John

Even if the upgrade worked after removing duplicated peering rules, the db is
not fixed and you won't be able to recreate it.

A fix for all cases will be released tonight or tomorrow morning. We've spent
the last 15 hours patching and testing the schema and we hope we'll address
this problem in every scenario:

- Systems that have been already updated from 2.5 to 2.6
- Systems that have been already installed clean 2.6
- Systems that will upgrade or install 2.6 in the future.
