[Spce-user] ngcpcfg apply messing with /etc/crontab

Hi,

again thanks for sip:provider ce: its really a well done product. version 2.6 
has some really nice features we have been looking for.

my petpeeve this time around is ngcpcfg apply replacing the system crontab 
with a pristine one. I was wondering if this is really necessary, as for us it 
only seems to delete our wanted changes to /etc/crontab without adding any 
apparent value.
