[Spce-user] New spce-dev Mailing List

Hi guys,

We've started an additional "Spce-dev" Mailing List with the focus on
discussing and sharing your tweaks and patches for the SPCE. It will
also be the place to get informed of our progess to move the project
towards Github in order to make it much easier to review the source code
and contribute to the project, and where the Github commit logs will be
mailed to, once we've started the migration.
