[Spce-user] Auto provisioning

When you register as a Cisco partner you can find/download the SPC tool and
firmware for any of thier devices. The SPC tool will spit out a
default config xml for that model which can be customized to your needs and
then retrieved by the unit over http(s).
I suggest to start with the admin provisioning guide:
