[Spce-user] Blocking ngcp-www-admin

Hi,

 I'm trying to deny all except management IP's to access ngcp-www-admin.
I'm using the below and adding it into
/etc/ngcp-config/etc/templates/apache2/sites-available/ngcp-www-admin.tt2.
I do this with vhosts on other servers but does not work with spce. Is the
directory correct or do you have suggestion on how I can do this?

<Directory /usr/share/ngcp-www-admin/lib>
  order deny,allow
  deny from all
  allow from 127.0.0.1
  allow from 206.116.
</Directory>
