There is an API call named "dial_out" which is used for click2dial, but
this function is not exported via SOAP. You have to add it manually in
/usr/share/perl5/Sipwise/Provisioning/backends/SOAP/Voip.inc.pm and
adjust
/usr/share/perl5/Sipwise/Provisioning/backends/SOAP/Provisioning.wsdl
accordingly.
