To prevent mysql-server 5.1.57 from upgrading you can do something like:

for i in libmysqlclient16 percona-server-client-5.1
percona-server-common percona-server-server-5.1; do echo "$i hold" |
dpkg --set-selections ; done

We have a ticket with Percona to get this fixed in the latest versions.
