[Spce-user] free time configuration

Hello,

I am in process of configuration of Interval Free Time. I have setup this
from Billing profile option.
But still CDR is showing no difference in rating.

If i given 10 minutes of free time to subscriber, amd subscriber called
once and used 3 minutes out of his free minutes then CDR should Display
0.0000 Charge for that call because he used 3 minutes out of his 10 free
minutes.. But CDR acts like normal and Displays 3.0000 Charge for that call.

Please Help me to solve this issue.
