You'll have to configure 60 second intervals for your destinations. In
the webinterface, enter something for Destination, Zone and Zone Detail.
Set Onpeak Init Rate to "0.25" and Onpeak Init Interval to "60". Click
on the "Save" button. The platform will charge 15 Cent every minute for
calls to this destination.
