Initially I thought from your description that the CDR does not appear
on the web. So it does appear but always with zero cost, right? Have you
added the billing fees for the destination you are calling in billing
profile (click the shopping card icon next to profile name)? In what
format are the dialed number and added fees?

After enabling the checkbox the account's cash should appear in
account's panel. Doesn't it work?

Prepaid billing is only available in the PRO version. It gives the
real-time control over spent money, so account can't go below zero even
by having multiple concurrent calls.
