[Spce-user] Importing Rates

Hi Community

We are trying to import a CSV of rate information into SipWise WebUI.

On importing it throws an error "invalid prefix/suffix"

The documentation is a little ambiguous as to what the formatting should be.

Would anyone have a sample CSV file they could share so we can get the
format right ?
