[Spce-user] fraud limit won't work

I have set the fraud limit to (2.25) - (‘in Cent’ as the docs told) and then set the billing rate to (0.0045) per minute (0.0075 in the rate field), so it’s as I understand expected to disconnect the call after (5) minutes and then the action to lock outbound calls for this account/profile should be triggered, unfortunately this didn’t happen for me the call continue and after that the subscriber still able to make new calls !!
