[Spce-user] Peer requires Registration and registered user in Contact: field. Is that configurable?

You mean that you created
an /etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/sems/etc/reg_agent.customtt.tt2 file and added
the registration credentials for your peer, right?

There you have the "contact" preference which defaults to:

contact=sip:[% networking.eaddress %]:[% kamailio.lb.port %]

Change that to your needs and it should work.

This is not RFC compliant. The shouldn't ask you that.
