[Spce-user] Suggested Patch: OPTIONS & NOTIFY pings

Hi,

 I would like to share a modification to ngcp-proxy which adds some
security focus on how the current OPTIONS pings are handled. Also added
handling for keep-alive pings via NOTIFY for those devices out there which
are configured for NAT ping.

 The patch is diff'd from the latest proxy.cfg.tt2 (2.5.13) and is
commented, though if you have any questions or suggestions on this; please
let me know :)
