[Spce-user] Adding SIP/SIMPLE service

Hi, first at all sorry for my english.
I am a newbie in kamailio and sipwise:ce , but i try to learning reading
everything i can.
I wanna sip/simple in sipwise and I follow the tutorials for kamailio to
implementing it. I make that patches , for people who wanna try it.
*Its very dirty code , and it´s only for developement scenarios. *
The patches , activate the sip/simple support and using msilo for offline
messaging.
I make the implementation , and after make the patches , so its possible i
forgot any files. if it not rules , send a message and i will revise the
files.
If somebody more experienced in kamailio/sipwise wanna make a better code ,
i will be very glad  looking for the code and learning how they do.
The steps i follow are:
import msilo-create.sql in kamailio database ( I have to change the default
character set to latin1 , because in UTF8 it fail to import)
import presence-create.sql ( the same procedure that in msilo-create.sql)
apply the patches to /etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/kamailio/proxy/

All the necesary files are in the tar.gz.
