[Spce-user] carrier accounting

Hi,

 Really stuck here in understanding how I can enter the carrier_cost so
that it will be correctly accounted in spce.

Scenario:

 Carrier 'A' charges 0.004 per minute. How should I enter this into spce
billing fee so that it is calculated properly? I cannot enter 0.004 / 60 as
the number is not recognized by spce.
