[Spce-user] deb.sipwise.com forbidden?

Looks like you hit our maintenance window (which took 2-3 minutes),
sorry for that.

FYI: Don't rely on checking http://deb.sipwise.com/ itself (which
always returns 403 :)) but instead just run "apt-get update". If you
should encounter any issues with that and it's reproduceable also
some minutes later please let us know about it.
