Do you still get the same error, even after doing "/etc/init.d/apache2
restart", or do you just don't see anything? What is the exact string
you're trying to enter?

Can you do "tail -f /var/log/ngcp/oss.log" and try again and check the
error messages you're seeing there, if any?

Could you also do "ngcp-kamctl proxy ul show <user at domain>", where
"<user>@<domain>" is your subscriber, e.g. "test at example.org"?
