PeerA incoming rules will be used for number normalization.
DomB outgoing rules will be used before sending the call to the user.
Even if the $rd was DOmA, the subscriber belongs to DomB so those preferences
will be used.

Incoming rules of the caller and outgoing rules of the callee as usual. DomB,
PeerB (as that's the one you use for sending the calls out)
