[Spce-user] sipwise sip:providerCE - Peering Rules error

Adam,
Sorry, this doesn't tell me where the error is coming from, should be
somewhere before 'get_localized_string'.

I don't have this problem in my version 2.5, that's why I'm asking for
the log. Also, does it happen only for a particular existing peer or for
any new peers you create too?
