[Spce-user] import billing file

Hi Joan,

here is an example for our import.csv file:
00124625 ,international Mobile,Barbados (Mobil) ,0.235166667,1,0.235166667,1,0.235166667,1,0.235166667,1,0
It works very well.
You see the import is witout any ^ or .*
Only the prefix is in the file
