[Spce-user] Initial Loose-Routing Forbidden

Hello,

 

I have a peer setup here and in response to an inbound INVITE call SPCE
sends:

 

SIP/2.0 403 Initial Loose-Routing Forbidden'

 

Is this configurable or have I set something up incorrectly?
