For integrating you existing customers into Sipwise NGCP, you should use the
provided provisioning APIS (SOAP or XMLRPC). There's no need to edit Kamailio
configuration files. Please take a look to the Handbook which has the
instructions about accessing the SOAP function WSDL.

Depends on what you define as a cluster here.

You can set up different installations with different customers and peer them
using peering rules so the calls between the nodes go directly.

You can purchase SIP provider PRO for having a single instance in HA.

You can purchase SIP:Carrier to be able to scale your installation by adding
more and more nodes as long as you grow.
