[Spce-user] Rewrite rule

This is my first rewrite rule. I'm in the US and want to make it when the customer dials a 7 digit number that it adds the subscribers country code and area code. Used the example in the guide but I guess I'm missing something. Does anyone have that rewrite rule. Also any other standard rewrite rules that I might need. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
