[Spce-user] Using REFER method for transfer

Hi All,

I am using sipwise in front of my sipxecs cluster as SBC, I implemented it
per http://www.sipwise.com/news/technical/byov-system-spce-as-sbc/ and I
have also allowed REFER in kamailio-proxy config as well as whilelisting
all headers in sems.cfg (config files are attached) I am getting

SIP/2.0 500 Server Internal Error

as below

Attached please find the log and cfg files of the failed REFER:

8053306004 calls 8556554225, the calls is answered and then the calls is
transferred to the call park extension 9999,

the logs show the messaging after REFERing to 9999

Can you please help me?
