Andreas,

I do not want to use a "RegistrarLess SIP".  I am attempting to connect to
with other users via sipwise

Hi,

If you want to use "RegistrarLess SIP", you don't need a SIP server. The
idea is obviously to directly connect to another Jitsi client (haven't ever
used that though with Jitsi, it's something Jitsi specific).
