you can use the same billing profile for every account if you want. Do you mean
that you want a different amount per customer? usually you have 1-10 types of
customers.

This is not a replacement to prepaid (available only in pro version) and won't
prevent your customers to expend more than just the exact amount you put
there. It's as the name says, a fraud control which checks once per day (you
can set the cronjob to whatever frequency you want).
