grep '2047639960_30229943 at 4.55.15.35' /var/log/ngcp/kamailio-proxy.log

Of course, the logs are rotated every day and compressed to /var/log/ngcp/old.
So the grep would work only if the call was made in the same day as the grep.
You can use zgrep for grepping old logs.

man zgrep
