Register (or add a permanent contact) with the sip username and assign those 10
numbers to the subscriber. 1 as main E164 number and 10 as aliases.

In case those 10 numbers are a block, you don't even need to declare them 10
times as every E164 number in the provider is a block.

You should also enable E164_to_ruri option for that subscriber.
