Hmm, what if you restart kamailio via "/etc/init.d/kamailio-lb restart"?

Sorry for the trial and error mode, but the only cause I can think of
ATM is kamailio not answering the XML-RPC request, and it's a little bit
difficult to debug this without access to the system.
