[Spce-user] rate-o-mat difficulties "Error rating CDR batch"

Hi - 

 

Any help appreciated on the problem below. Handbook and google not helped me
thus far ;-)

 

Rate-o-mat doesn't want to start, calls are not being rated.

 

Rate-o-mat log says (numbers redacted):
