[Spce-user] Call forward on timeout

Hi Andreas,
you were right, no I've configured the phone to not treat * as local 
feature, and calls with * are send to the ngcp. But no I'm getting a 488 
NOT ACCEPTABLE in all dialings to *92
In the CDR log I'm getting a failed call like

*92*10*917530330 at vsc.local

This domain "vsc.local" is not my domain
