[Spce-user] querying options for another SIP user

Hi Matthew,

I am just getting setup here with 2.6 and will be reviewing my 2.5 patches
for testing this coming week as some are not required for 2.6 due to
changes. Once I'm done, I will resubmit the OPTIONS patch and you can add
it to yours.

Regarding the monitoring from spce side: the recent feature update for
nathelper will assist with keeping the contacts clean, it does look
possible where all records can be sent OPTIONS and if no_reply then go to
an event route for further processing. ie: unregister() or
exec_msg(). Something like this idea will need to be added/built into
Kamailio nathelper module though, which I cannot do personally. I
will probably submit a feature request to sr-dev outlining how this could
be very helpful feature to admins. Maybe we can get lucky to find a person
with the skills and time to add this feature in a future update :)
