ACK sip:ngcp-lb at 172.31.0.86:5060;ngcpct=' SIP/2.0

is what one of my endpoints[*] sends back. calls arent really established.
looks like its the sip: uri that is what the endpoint is stumbling upon (and 
not the quote), but i dont know.

has someone already implemented the base64 encoding idea?
