[Spce-user] after upgrade timeouts

After upgrading I have some really strange behaviour.



If I phone from an outside network, which hits my peer, then SPCE, SPCE
rejects the call, but lets the call carry on ringing.



(I also had one case where the call from was rejected, and my subscriber
carried on ringing, but SPCE had routed the call to another peer
simultaneously. – but this was probably because of destination sets?)



Proxy log shows: 27822629031

Apr 19 18:58:42 spce /usr/sbin/kamailio[2367]: INFO: <script>: Request
leaving server, D-URI='sip:127.0.0.1:5080' - R=sip…………………

Apr 19 18:58:42 spce /usr/sbin/kamailio[2363]: INFO: <script>: Failure
route for local call



Wireshark shows the 408 timeout happening instantly as well.



Outbound calls from SPCE subscriber to peer work

Inter SPCE calls do not work

Inbound from peer do not work



Any ideas which timeout is causing this?
