[Spce-user] FYI: Package update(s) in release 2.8

Hi,

This fix cleans up inconsistencies in peering rules. If you want 
caller_pattern and callee_pattern to match from the start, you need to 
do it like "^sip:something" instead of "^something". The db up-scripts 
take care of migrating existing rules to the correct format, so nothing 
to do from your side (beside double-checking your rules). Thanks Lorenzo 
Mangani for the bug report.

It also fixes registrations from trusted sources to properly load caller 
preferences during registration.
