Sems logs are too verbose. 
Transaction timer expired are normal logs AFAIR. 

What you could do to check similar logs is: Make a call with a test subscriber
and during the call kill (not close but kill) the sofphone or plug-off the
hardphone. When sems has to send the UPDATE or INVITE for the session timer
you'll see no answer, retransmissions and a timeout.
