[Spce-user] FYI: Package update(s) in release 2.7

Dear 2.7 Users,

this update fixes among the other things the in-dialog request routing
when TLS is used (issue reported by Jirka Jirout) and allowed_ips check
rejecting the forwarded calls. An upgrade is recommended if you run 2.7.
