Yeah, the setting in sems.conf is something sems-specific where it's 
being used as an endpoint (e.g. for conferencing etc), but as Jon 
pointed out, mediaproxy-ng is handling this in a more generic fashion.

Check "rtp_timeout" in config.yml, this is what you want to use (and 
it's enabled by default and set to 60sec). Once a timeout is detected, 
mediaproxy-ng sends an xmlrpc request to sems, which in turn disconnects 
both call legs.
