[Spce-user] Disable Asterisk Permanently

Hi Deon

Any reason for that? Asterisk is not in the path of the calls. It just does
endpoint functions:

- Wakeup call
- Voicemail
- Fax2mail (in some PRO version modules)

You can just remove it via apt, or disable its boot via update-rc.d but I'd like
to know what's the reason behind
