Hi Deon

If you check, you'll see that mysql, asterisk, sems, kamailio-proxy... are
listening 127.0.0.1 so they can't be compromised from outside. Kamailio-lb,
mediaproxy-ng and apache are the services listening to the outside. 

Check the security and firewall notes in the handbook.
