[Spce-user] Peering Rule v3.0

Hi,

I'm testing the new version CE 3.0 updated to 3.0.4 and in Peering rule
section I saw the following, when I try to create a new rule I can see the
following options:

Callee prefix
Callee pattern
Caller pattern

This is ok, but after save the caller pattern section is still named
(Callee pattern) and the rule created is not working, I tested the same
rule in version 2.8 and it was working very good, so I dont know if this
detail is affecting this feature.
