Hi Guys

I installed on a Debian Wheezy Rackspace cloud server and apache2 fails to
start after package installation.

I manually had to kill the apache2 startup sequence from another terminal
in order to send the installation process a signal to carry on. The rest of
the installation went fine.

*When i tried restarting apache via /init.d/, this came up:*

[....] Restarting web server: apache2
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain
name, using IPV6XXXXXXXXXX for ServerName
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain
name, using IPV6XXXXXXXXXX for ServerName

*And later it takes around 1 minute to display the following:*

Killed
Action 'start' failed.
The Apache error log may have more information.
 [failed!]

*Meanwhile, the error.log contains the following repetitive messages (1
every half a second or so for 2 minutes):*

Subroutine Sipwise::Base::CLASS redefined at /usr/share/perl5/CLASS.pm line
20.
Subroutine Sipwise::Base::CLASS redefined at /usr/share/perl5/CLASS.pm line
20.
Subroutine Sipwise::Base::CLASS redefined at /usr/share/perl5/CLASS.pm line
20.

*And the startup sequence dies with the following:*

Use of uninitialized value $DBIx::Class::Helper::ResultSet::VERSION in
numeric ge (>=) at
/usr/share/perl5/DBIx/Class/Helper/ResultSet/VirtualView.pm line 18.

Use of uninitialized value $DBIx::Class::Helper::ResultSet::VERSION in
numeric ge (>=) at
/usr/share/perl5/DBIx/Class/Helper/ResultSet/VirtualView.pm line 19.

Any ideas?
Pedro
