Hi Douglas,

Note:
0.3333 = RATE IN CENTS PER SECOND

So for 60sec and rate 0.3333 you can calculate 20 cents per minute, i dont
see any problem with it.
As i said in last email, test scenarios where call duration will be
1s,2-61sec,62-141,...

You sholud get something like:

duration,spce bill
1s,20cents
2-61sec,40cents
62-141sec,60cents
...
