[Spce-user] Monitoring subscribers

Hi Ivan, exactly what I was looking for...

Was looking at the command formats... correct me if I'm wrong but say I do
a

ngcp-kamctl proxy uptime

It doesn't seem to recognize the command even though I see the command in
the help.

Did I get this right?
